The Association's area is the south east part of Ewell Ward and the southern portion of Nonsuch Ward. It stretches along the Reigate Road and includes the Ewell Downs Estate. It also includes the North East Surrey College of Technology (NESCOT), part of the Priest Hill playing fields and various small holdings and farm land.

As the area spans two wards, the Association is represented by six Borough Councillors, three for each ward. They are Brian Angus, Brian Arthur and Pamela Bradley for Ewell Ward and Christine Howells, Nigel Petrie and David Wood for Nonsuch Ward.
